Since September 2009, Tom has been working with Individual Inns, as a designer and photographer on a marketing and e-marketing development project I coordinated. Prior to this, I worked at a London-based PR agency for several years on a number of high profile communication campaigns, for clients such as the London Development Agency, ASDA and landscape architects, Latz + Partner.

What is immediately apparent on meeting Tom is that he is of extraordinary creative talent, and with a natural flair for design that brings ideas to life in an innovative, fresh and original way.

The designs Tom has produced for Individual Inns have consistently been of the highest standard. To whom it may concern,

We had the pleasure of having Tom fulfil an internship with us throughout the summer/autumn of 2009 at Method Snowboard Magazine in Biarritz, France.

We recruited Tom for the position of Designer & Asst. Art Director, due to his outstanding artistic skills, great portfolio and great attitude. Tom fulfilled every obligation he was given, worked long hours and worked very hard to make this season's magazine (4 issues in total) one of the best seasons ever.

Every task we gave Tom he completed professionally and we were happy to publish a lot of his work, plus work for outside events and exhibitions.

Tom is very talented; he is skilled in numerous styles and functions in design, including design for print and web. Since working with us, we have received a lot of great comments in regards to his work.

Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom. He is honest and professional, a great team player, and is very very funny — not to mention his strong work ethic and commitment to his working environment and team. I had a great time working with Tom; his professional attitude mixed with his intoxicating humour is a great mix, and he brought a great atmosphere to the office.
